August 2018

We are parents! If you have been curious about what has been keeping us busy the last few months, it has been the cutest little boy you have ever seen. Our now 4 month old Tucker Martin Sokoloff has invaded our life, and we can’t imagine what life was like before him. It has been so amazing to watch Diana so naturally, and with such grace, transition into motherhood. I’ve adjusted, and can now proudly say that I do not gag when changing poopy diapers (this was the scariest thought of parenting for me). It has been fun transitioning into this season, and seeing how everything has settled. Adjusting schedules, responsibilities, and pacing of life to keep up with our little guy. Tucker is famous and is passed around at every meeting, and church event we go to. Thanks for everyone who has been praying with us and giving us advice along the way!

In the midst of this baby season we have been equally busy with our normal life. We had an amazing GenAlive youth conference this year. It was amazing to see how far our conference and team have come. We had to really rely on the GenAlive team, due to all things baby. It was incredible to watch them step up and take charge. The conference was the best one yet, and it was in large part to all those that served and made it happen. Derrill Corbin was our guest speaker and did such a great job leading the conference into a place of hearing from God. Our theme was “Tuned-in”.

We recorded our 2nd live worship album as Life Church at the end of February. I was  able to finish all of the overdubs and things necessary on our side a few weeks ago and send it off for mixing. We are aiming to release it in October so keep your eyes out for it.

Our Ignite 2018 graduation was at the end of July. We have now seen over 150 young people go through Ignite over the last 9 years. God always does such incredible things every year, and this year was no different. We ended the year by going on a mission trip to the North of Uganda. It was so cool to watch everyone serve and put into practice what they had learnt. We are proud of this years class, and can’t wait to see what God does through them.

We truly could not do anything we do without you! Thank you so much for all your prayers and support. We have really felt you holding us up these past few months. We are so thankful to be able to do life with you.

We will be in the US during the month of November. There is a lot of family that wants to meet Tuck, and we can’t wait to introduce him to everyone. We would love to get together with you while we are there!

We love you guys,

Seth, Diana, and Tucker
